Juno is fantastic with Sophie even though Sophie appears to be in charge most of the time & definitely the most vocal!! 😂. Imagine them in a safe field together...wow👏
NEWS: Miss S Coyle Cellan-Jones, socialite, said when interviewed “moi had un rendez-vous avec mon amie Juno. It was beaucoup de fun. Moi wanted to stay et have dîner avec her, but mon père said ‘non’ et something about not outstaying one’s welcome. Moi is sûr moi is always welcome everywhere”.
I love she has the confidence to go play. But what I love even more is that she came back to you for a moment in a safe, quiet space! That is some relationship you’ve built.
Sophie, good girl. 🐕You have a very special friend in Juno. It’s so nice to see you play and having fun. Love and patience goes a long way. You are free to play and remember, you are safe and loved little girl 🥰
That is an amazing thing for you to write. #sophiefromromania is one very happy girl these days plus from an observers view increasingly self confident
Such a relief when owners can tell the difference between a play-fight and an actual fight. My husky does a little growl when he’s playing chase with other dogs and so many owners freak out, pick their dogs up, etc.
I own a husky that does exactly the same thing. She loves to play and is a rough player and makes a noise; like most husky's - sadly, most dog owners instantly stop the play and move off. When she finds another husky to play with, there is a mutual understanding of their natures and play continues.
One of my biggest regrets is not getting a second dog after I adopted him. He has my sister’s two as dog-friends, but doesn’t see them as much as he’d like. So to not get much play-time when he’s on his walks breaks my heart. He’s 10 now, so only so much play left in him 🥲
Yes. Rely on bumping into a few regular husky walkers in our town for her to have a play. She gets so excited when she spots a husky in the distance. Mine is 11 years old, & still has a lot of energy and spirit. May they both live long healthy lives. I really find them the most magical breed of dog.
Unfortunately most of my local fellow husky owners are as weird and protective of their dogs as everyone else. No coincidence that the “weird” owners end up with supposedly “difficult” dogs… Mika get up to all sorts of mischief, but i think he appreciates how loved he is.
