Yep - done that.
Click on the map where it has the daft name. It brings up a box with the coordinates and a "share" icon. Click share, then click "send product feedback" in bottom right.
It's not gone through Congress so is legally just a Trump fart.

Just tried that on an Android tablet on Google Maps and Earth and the share icon doesn't come up with a feedback option. Perhaps they've blocked it.
