The Japanese game convention "Game Market 2025 Spring," which focuses on analog games, was held in Tokyo last weekend.
I picked up some interesting Japanese indie TTRPGs there, and I’d like to share them with you. Unfortunately, I was only able to get a few this time.

An old school TTRPG inspired by games like Cairn, MÖRK BORG, Troika! and OSE. OSR/NSR games are still not very well known in Japan, so it’s great to see a game like this being sold at Game Market. It would be great to see more OSR games made in Japan.

This is a hack of Paranormal Inc..
Players take on the roles of junior high school students who investigate strange rumors and urban legends in their school and local community. At the end, they use the clues they’ve gathered to tell the truth behind the rumor.
This is a TTRPG set in a world where fluffy and cute mascots live. Players play as mascots who have gained desire and fight against mad mascots driven by their urges. Each character has two stats: Cute and Violence. And this contrast is the core feature of the game!
Fungal monsters have destroyed the Earth, but it turns out their weakness is hot springs. To survive, the players run a self-moving Sentō (a type of paid Japanese communal bathhouse). Players renovate the Sentō and do business with other survivors along the way.
This is a storytaking game that uses playing cards.
Players play as travelers who meet by chance in a traveling caravan. At night, they sit around a fire and share their stories. Each player takes a turn as the Storyteller, and the others can add twists to the story.
