Orbán's popularity has been tanking for some time. The key is that Hungarians will never elect another politician from the left—which is why now, when the choices are all different flavours of right-wing, the rats are leaving Orbán's sinking ship (his own fault for protecting paedophiles).

Hungary' electoral law is important factor why Fidesz has no problem with ruling. The second factor in my opinion is the concentration of media in hand of Fidesz made oligarchy.

You have that exactly backwards. Hungarian electoral law is fine. CAMPAIGN law is a different matter, and how that intersects with Orbán's media holdings.

I hate this is happening to the people living there and that their projects will suffer. But they made their bed. For their politics.. There needs to be repercussions.
