Brussels will demand the UK accept its court, make no changes to the access of EU fishermen in British waters and welcome a youth mobility program in exchange for discussing new terms of the trade deal between the two sides, according to The Times.

Need to end it's russian ideological war against trans people and call of the MSM from attacking trans people on a daily basis inline with EU rules on discrimination
Well if the pencil necked Brusselcrats on planet Brussels are going to set the bar so high (without even talking yet) then don't bother turning up until they learn to wind their necks in a bit.
So you get all the benefits of the EU without having the cost and time wasting of sending all those politicians and bureaucrats to Brussels and Strasbourg.
A deal worth considering.
You literally get no say in what happens, they dictate what you do, that's the downside of not being in the EU, you literally get none of the benefits of EU membership, and you get to trade on their rules or you pay
You had a say yeah, but you didn't have a mandate not for a hard Brexit that's for sure
You should have had another referendum afterwards to be honest, to discuss how it would be done if at all
with the majority Brexit had you couldn't even form a government in the UK
We wanted one but it was voted down. On the mandate, if you took 5 people who voted to leave and asked them why, you would get 5 different replies. It was the biggest political con in British history
Yeah, probably was the biggest con in recent political history, well that and Donald trump!
I spoke to one guy from London, he said he voted Brexit because he didn't like what Europe was doing in Africa, when I asked him what Europe was doing in Africa he couldn't tell me! Lol
4%, I would think it would be more than that to be honest
The true hit on the British economy is unknown because of things like covid lockdowns, supply chain issues we are still facing because of that, and now trump
If I want something, I need to pay for it. I don't get to tell the person I'm taking it from that it's a rule for doing business with me, so they get nothing in return
There are strict rules to trade with the EU, especially on zero tariffs, the EU is the biggest marketplace on the planet, it literally holds all the cards........ And the UK was crazy to be leaving it in the first place
The EU won't be changing anything, the UK has to adapt to it
EU precondition for any ‘reset’ is free movement, or at v least youth mobility (which is different). Preferred relationship is via EEA, judicial oversight with EFTA Court rather than ECJ. It’s worked for 30 yrs for 2 prosperous & proudly independent European nations.
Well- the Times’ owner advocated for the policy that damaged this country’s prosperity, wealth, and international standing, so frankly- I think whatever it suggests, the opposite be done.
The conservatives ruined Britain. It’s going to take a lot of time to recover, but this is an important step. Quite frankly the EU is being very reasonable.

Anything that makes the UK understand that it's an insignificant 3rd world country is great...
Yms and fishing seems fair enough.

They want things we can offer; we want things they can offer
The Tories never understood this. They are bad at business. They'd rather take things off the table to spite the EU
This trade deal review (that’s what it is) will be the first step in reversing the dumbass hard Brexit that wrote 4% off GDP
You should do what they do in Spain, if you don't work don't pay tax you don't get access to benefits or health services
