This is a logical consequence of the EU dominant standpoint.
The 2024 directive on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings and protecting its victims explicitly identified, for the first time, the exploitation of surrogacy as a form of human trafficking
Not necesarily.
A girl carries a baby for her sister who has had a hysterectomy.
That's not exploitation. That's love.
Now you can argue where to draw the line.
Baloney. There are many reasons for surrogacy. Many woman cannot bear children. For a variety of reasons. And by the way, they are only renting the space.
Perhaps not, but it was always something that was very important to Me. I always wanted to be a Mom. Sometimes it was hard, but we had a decent life. Personally if I couldn't have conceived, I would have adopted. But everyone feels differently about that. Families are made all sorts of ways.
No, that shows how I feel about a woman or couple's right to have a child. No 1 is forcing a surrogate to have the child. They are pd. I never had problems conceiving, but many friends did. Some adopted, some fostered, etc. There are many ways to have a family and surrogacy is one of them.
