Donald Trump and Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s dramatic Oval Office fallout in February was “beneath America,” according to Trump’s predecessor as US president Joe Biden.

No, what’s really “beneath” America is an old guy losing his mind and refusing to step aside to allow younger Democrats to flourish. HE made this mess by perpetuating Trump, instead of using every resource at his disposal to annihilate the entire Trump family and those who fuel them.
That moment was more embarrassing then trumps first term meeting... trump and vance-boy are not capable of governing. They are a disgrace to America and need to be erradicated (as MTG calls it)...
Beneath America: Her last president delivering her tenderly into the arms of the monster, followed by complete silence while her entire government was drowned in a bathtub and sold off for spoils, while still patting himself on the back. WTF?
He doesn't get to have an opinion, let alone express it. He's responsible for this. There were many things he did incompletely or not at all, but the most egregious was refusing to replace Merrick Garland. In so doing, he ended America.
Just play golf & leave us to deal with the mess you made.
Unfortunately, nothing is "beneath America", and the sooner decent political leaders stop promoting this fallacy, the sooner they can help build an America that actually has a bottom.
America needs to stop thinking it's great, and start working to become GOOD.
Yes, the Zelinsky humiliation was below any standards of diplomatic behaviour.
But "beneath Amerika" is probably a poor analysis, as Merkel was likewise humiliated not that long ago, and more incidents can be expected.
It´s more like a US-only standard.
“America” knowingly voted for this. No one in their right mind should be surprised by what’s happened or believe it’s “beneath” us. We are now collectively the worst and we’ll continue to be until we oust Trump and his toadies/acolytes from power and prosecute them for their crimes.

In reality, it's exactly what the USA has become over the past decade and the rest of the world knows it.
The Republicans invited TAS into the room and the attack commenced.
It was a vile manoeuvre to isolate the Ukrainian President, nothing more.
There is a reason why the Nazis looked to the US for ideas.
Biden oversaw the massacre of thousands of Palestinian children with American bombs without even batting an eyelid.

"Escalation management" has a lot to answer for.

One of many since January 20th.
