Certainly Russia for invading the UKR but also UK, USA and EU who pushed for war without trying in any way with diplomacy, both before the war and after. It was well known that the threat of NATO expansion to the East was a provocation.

We don't need any protection. The majority of the Italian population are opposed to any war. Israel should be boycotted everywhere. Ukraine has no place in Europe, and being an Italian, a founding member of the EU and the fourth net contributor I am entitled to express my opinions.

As for Italians being against any war, well, that’s great and all. Unfortunately, you don’t always get what you want. Ukrainians also didn’t want to be invaded, colonized or plundered by Russia. But they have to defend themselves or die, either way… which is why they want to join EU or NATO.
