What the European leaders don’t take into account, in my opinion, is that Trump needs a major distraction from his failures domestically. I honestly think his actions might be extreme by him using tactical nukes. I hope I’m wrong for the sake of avoiding the possibility of igniting a world war.

For starters we can deny the USA the use of our airspace for military purposes. Then deny use of our soil for any support actions in an attack. Break any of those restrictions and your will be asked to vacate the base you used permanently and return it to the host nation.
