In a win for voters, a North Carolina judge rejected a request from the RNC, state GOP and Wake County GOP to toss out nearly 60,000 ballots cast in all November 2024 statewide races.

Just to be clear, this is nowhere near the end of the MAGA GOP's strategy to overturn a free and fair election. We continue to need all eyes on NC, public pressure works. There are still FOUR ongoing cases.
This is misleading. It is only ONE case of the four being brought. It is a Wake County judge, not Federal. The cases are ongoing and we continue to need support and attention on this situation. While it is a win, it is a small battle won in this much larger war they are waging.
