Again, given the way DOJ keeps asking for delays, I think there's good reason to wonder whether the DOGE boys broke something at USAID and they're trying to buy time to put it back together again.

Plaintiffs, more or less, say payments should be issued by March 10.

DOJ says payments to plaintiffs "within 10 working days," nonparties' payments "expected" from State within 2 weeks and USAID in 30-45 business days.
