I love your review. Thanks for sending it to me. I’ve been listening to this album for two weeks now! My favorites are Sundown and Chasing wild horses.
One of the things about Bruce Springsteen’s work/ catalogue are his amazing amazing lyrics. He tells a story on almost every album.

The Rising album for you next. He wrote it all about the 911 tragedy. Keep that in mind as you listen to it that every story is about 911 whether you are the terrorist, lost a loved one, the perspective of somebody who died or just an American dealing with the whole event.
A very introspective man.
