It’s definitely a city that gets under your skin. The poverty is extreme, however, and the food is genuinely whatever can be gotten hold of. Huge fuel and food shortages. Most restaurants only open 3 days a week, but staggered. Yet the people are resilient (have to be) and so very generous.

Always incredible to see those who have hardly anything are the ones who give the most. They understand the importance of sharing is caring. And one doesn’t need a billion dollars to make a difference. I will gladly live in their environment any day of the week. Tired of rich being worshiped.
