I don't agree with mandatory retirement ages because people age differently. Maybe I'd agree if the mandatory retirement age were 80 - but then we'd lose Bernie unfairly.

I'd agree with term limits applied uniformly and job fitness testing. The testing should include at least basic knowledge of US history and civics.

I agree. I have MS and depression so as someone who has cognitive issues at times, I have defended him through a lot, but I read that article, and I’m not defending any of that. He’s unfit and needs to be removed. He needs to see his neurologist and psychiatrist ASAP.

And far more actual guardrails that aren't just norms that can't be so easily discarded,as well as anti corruption laws that would get rid of citizens united,make insider trading by Congress a crime, regulate the use of AI, and criminalise crypto in government (assuming democracy survives in the US)
