And what defines "cool" And for some age groups nothing someone over 30 does would ever be "cool" because that changes every other week for a given age range and group. It will skip 10-15 years and repeat anyway.

People just get sick of things and the 2010s aren't far enough away to feel nostalgic and innovative instead of dated. Same with music.

Honestly, I haven't really experienced this. I'm 32 myself but have plenty of friends below and above my age. Though I've always gotten along with people outside of my age range. I kinda just feel like the Internet has made everything flatten out a lot.

lol It has for sure, if anything, there's been this weird sort of potluck of older stuff mixed in with the new gens since social media made things super accessible

Granted it might just be age, but it feels like there hasn't been a super big change since the mid-2010s when it comes to pop culture

It's like everything happens in such a weirdly quick but also paced sort of way that as long as your watching a variety of people, you pick up the new language naturally
