Yes, I have read the novel Animal Farm twice, and I've seen the movie, but I haven't seen the comic book. I've also read "The Communist Manifesto " by Marx and Engels. Have you read 1984?
This appears accurate with every passing day; especially with rumps new buget passed by the house to starve people, retard science, make healthcare increasingly inaccessible, reduce care for vetrens, threaten our wildlife, put the country in debt, weaken the courts all to absolve the rich of taxes.
It was banned because it was written about how the pigs took over mimicking what happened in Russia. Communist, Facist, & Republican movements have been known to ban and burn books and silence knowledge.
The main message behind animal farm is that any system you can come up with try and create equality for all people, all it takes is ONE pig to take over and create a Rule By Pigs.
This is not exclusive to Communism, it can also happen in Capitalism, like in the US right now.
Not true, in America we all have the same chances to be successful if we so desire. In many country's this doesn't happen. Like North Korea. Do some research the pilgrims originally were a commune and almost starved until they changed to capitalism.
This country had the best economic system of the wampum before the pilgrims arrived. It took into account all forms of wealth. White people tried to make wampum and diluted it to the point that it became worthless. We still have the blueprints for a better economic system.

George Orwell was a communist. He volunteered to fight in the Spanish Civil War with the Workers' Party of Marxist Unification.
Only for the pigs to enrich themselves and give nothing back to the other animals?
Yeah that just sounds like modern day American Politics.

Successful in what way? This is way too vague of a statement of support for Capitalism.
