I don't find any good organization here in France that takes seriously our concerns without being/allying with queerphobic, antifeminist groups/people or being against religious practices. It really is exhausting.

The organization collaborated with the homophobic speaker, handing over a guest list to him and allowing him to review it. Those he deemed a “threat” were contacted and implicitly told to keep quiet.

Why does this ALWAYS happen?

To add insult to injury for our community, two weeks ago I was subject to hearing public homophobic comments by one of the leaders of the largest Liberal Jewish communities in France.

When I reached out to them for clarification and to file a complaint I was ignored.

This is what’s happening here in France.

Homophobes (and ableists for that matter) are allowed free rein with absolutely zero accountability to anyone.
