My first job was a crisis counselor in post-Katrina New Orleans. I just packed up and moved there when I graduated with my MSW, as I couldn't tolerate seeing such suffering without offering help. I received my doctorate in 2017, with my dissertation addressing empathy and autism spectrum disorder.

I first took out student loans in 2000, when I graduated high school. They've only increased in size, thanks to the government's terrible planning and IDR payments covering less than my interest rate. One of my friends from HS went to Harvard Law. My other good friend went to Brown.

Needless to say, my friend from Harvard is doing better. I guess what I'm asking is this: Since Trump is making both our lives worse, how about admitting me to Harvard for an MPH or a second doctorate? I'm not one to stop my research based on threats, and to be clear, my research will be banned.
