I'm not sure. The 50+ pages have micro text of people's names and addresses. All with Munoz last name.

I'd suggest going with the guy who commissioned the book (first pic -- Abram Munoz of Duncan, Arizona. Probably at least in his 30's to maybe 65 in 1981... I'd estimate a birth year of 1916-1956)
