Russia don’t care about civilian lives. Just look at what they do in Ukraine. Ukraine attack military targets. Russia attack civilian targets. Israel did the same in Iran. 20 children died in one strike. Several apartment buildings was hit. Neighborhoods wiped out. Iran has the right to retaliate.
