Your heart has been beating every second of every minute of every day since months before you were born. Once you can explain how that’s possible, I’ll take your word on there being no higher intelligence.
That may be true, but I don’t see why it’s either cruel or unfair for an 82-year-old man to get cancer. People get old and die. It’s the natural order of things.
