Speaking as an NHS worker of almost 16 years: I don’t believe any party will save the NHS without real public pressure. Politicians follow where people push them. The future of the NHS depends on us, not on trusting those in power.

Well if you take what the Greens are saying at face value they want the PS out of pretty much everything that was once owned by the public. Too many of the public themselves are sidetracked by issues that really do not affect their daily lives while the NHS is fundamental to their entire life.

Every party pushes its agenda, but public complacency & relying on social media for news blurs the truth. If we want to keep the NHS public & improve it, we need more than votes—we need active, informed pressure from the people it serves.

Independent media are the ones really exposing the truth. The corporate media work with the state not against it. Other than that I agree with you here.
