Thank you! It helps once you know what foods are food and what to stay away from. My diet is already limited due to medical shit, so sometimes I don't have a choice, but I still try!
I used to think I could never wear something revealing my abdomen or stomach and now I’m wearing crop tops and sports bras and doing cosplay. It’s kind of amazing. I learned not to doubt myself. If I had given up because of my doubt I wouldn’t be where I am today.
Lifestyle change, moving from sedentary lifestyle to active lifestyle and my diet being high protein low carb. I drink a lot of water and my breakfast is usually protein shake mixed with coffee.
