My in-laws are asking about Rome-based movies, since they just watched Conclave. I told them I was living in Rome when they filmed the car chases in Spectre, but it’s a terrible movie, so would suggest John Wick 2 or The Great Beauty (+ Soundtrack) for movies —& The Young Pope (because Sorrentino).
