Libraries have always been about making information accessible. My library service provides tech help and support for devices and phones as well as one on one sessions for helping fill in forms

This is basically what I do right now as a library clerk (people make appointments and come in to get tech help from me)

Libraries provide facilities so . Libraries helped people download and print their COVID vaccination records. They host sessions from health and aged care experts and much more

Libraries provide facilities so that people can access PCs to download forms and print them off, they then can scan and send forms back to Centrelink libraries have JP sessions so that people can get documents certified. Libraries provide sessions for tax experts to help people do their returns.
