I have probably dodged it again (there is a chance it could have been an exposure site, but they were not symptomatic then), but I am happy I had my 6 month booster last week. - ThreadSky

I'd certainly prefer to stay in the never had covid club for as long as possible, before joining the rarely has covid club.

But as I was having a discussion about different country rates of spread vs. NZ, I am also thinking about how (at least some) people are still testing and letting others know

still testing but rarely as not getting sick - although got a tickle in my throat after my trip to Brisbane so tested. Negative. I still mask everywhere. Hubby and I got our boosters end of Jan and today our Flu shots

I still use masks as per the current recommended and encouraged lists from Te Whatu Ora but I think most people don’t know these exist.

I'm amongst a group of - we call ourselves covid conscious - folk for whom testing/reporting is still routine

& I try my best everywhere else, sharing what I'm doing e.g. have a committee meeting tomorrow & I'll do a RAT tonight & be masked as usual

Before I knew what I was sick with I tested for Covid/Flu/RSV and it was a small comfort to be able to tell people that I wasn't sick with anything that could affect their health.
