It's ok. I usually disconnect from digital spaces and often find I am mentally in a stable state when I get to spend time in a nature space. Usually I go visit my friend's horses. There's something soothing about sitting in a field in a deck chair while they graze next to you.
That balance is so disrupted as a game dev, you have to be on top of digital spaces and be building a digital spaces... we're glad you befriended horses, their eyes are so expressive
