By kid request: fish tacos! Pan-fried Pacific rockfish and mango salsa (with cilantro from the greenhouse) on a base of Baja sauce and cabbage. (On egg wraps because I canβt eat corn or wheat). Delicious! π±π½οΈπ€

Rockfish is my favorite way to do fish tacos! And itβs sustainable and plentiful and fresh here. Itβs a no brainer. Finding ripe mangos the day I wanted to do it was a treat too.
