Maybe when the βpetition for another general election π€ͺβ gets to 6 million (not including bots), we could have a double referendum, put the Tories in third place in the House of Commons, lose Reform altogether and bin off Brexit too π

It's about gas lighting. It's about saturating the media bandwidth with a one sided view of the Labour Government. It's about ignoring the progress already made. It's about ignoring the damage done by 14 years of Tory mismanagement and Brexit.
I just checked the other place and they are arguing among themselves over the petition. Edwina Currie of all people called it pathetic and the replies are as one might expect.
Voting for parties that oppose fair and meaningful elections, will inevitably lead to being totally ignored. #GetPRDone and be a force for real change.
If we're REALLY lucky, the cost of fighting another GE campaign on top of the cost of their latest leadership fiasco would be the final nail in the coffin of Tory finances.
Unfortunately, their voters are likely to give a boost to ReformUKLtd.

The Leader of the House of Commons said much the same about the Revoke Article 50 petition:
'Should it reach more than 17.4 million respondents then I'm sure there would be a very clear case for taking action.'
S. Murphy channelling A. Leadsom. Unexpected.
I hope it gets taken down due to 'cyber interference'.
