Bravo!
A blue jay came to my tree today
Said he had a few minutes
Would I like to play
We chatted a while
And after he smiled
He tittered and then flew away
That is a lovely interaction
Between two distinct warring factions
Usually fighting for food
To go feed their own brood
Need more of this peace to gain traction
True story:
My in-laws were lovely Irish folk.
MIL was quiet, FIL a jokester.
The old house had bedrooms back to back. After lights out I heard them speaking softly, trading lines: "Twas the night before Christmas...." "When all thru the house..." It was lovely. The sweetest words every spoken.
Comments
The tail spins like a corkscrew when viewed directly from behind.
It acts like fletching on an arrow.
This just happens to be where I sat
I was going to go
Then it started to snow
Now I'm wearing my tail as a hat
Have a great day!
(sorry...no rhyme this time...OOps! there it is!)
