It is only important if Congress and SCOTUS thinks it is. When they both fail to do their checks on POTUS, it doesn't really matter how many illegal things Trump does. He has nothing to fear if GOP refuses to hold him accountable.

We need to concentrate on pressuring centrist GOP to impeach or invoke 14th or 25th Amendment instead of yada yada yada. He's just going to keep doing crazy 💩 everyday. And, while lots of people are making money off of it, the center will not hold.
