I have no special insight into the backend stuff, but it would be pretty funny if Orange is somehow the one AI company to crack the code of "how to actually make money"

Dunno! Industry journalists could probably speak a lot more knowingly than I can. At the very least, it won't survive as a loss leader like the $1.99 SJ sub was (presumably, at first), which served as an add-on and gateway to Viz's existing and robust physical/digital distro infrastructure.
