grounds for immediate dismissal with cause given a violation of code of conduct. Period. The public needs to expect and demand more of their respective police services boards and their disciplinary tribunals.

Agree. Many men in uniform seem to feel it is their right though. I wear a different uniform, and have lost count of the number of times I have been harassed.

So sorry to hear that for you.
Guys can be jerks of course, but I can’t understand any man who has a daughter for instance feeling this is acceptable. Didn’t want that for my daughter; hoping for a different world for my granddaughters.
We need to mold our sons to be gentlemen in all circumstances.
