Example. This account took the name of Jack Smith riding on his special prosecutor status but the new terms forced it to add “parody” to its name. It then pretends to protect others from other impersonation accounts.

I saw an account whose username was both racist and an incitement to murder. There seems no good way to report such accounts. Also, is there a way to find out from BlueSky what action has been taken when you've reported offensive posts?

I think that I've already replied. Also, IMO my message was quite clear i.e. I have used the Report option on offensive posts and it's difficult to report users who have offensive usernames.
