Look - I get it, Booker's speech may not feel like enough to you. And alone, it's not. But trolling one of the few public actions Dem leaders are taking isn't helpful.

Ted Cruz whom you mentioned technically didn't filibuster. He didn't do much to delay or prevent votes. Votes went ahead as scheduled.

It's about getting people fired up, encouraging others. Not a direct "effect".
