If you are saying that our Constitution authorizes the Supreme Court to legally abrogate the entire separation of powers doctrine;

and that no one can do anything about that;

I'm not a lawyer, but I watched that show about O.J. And I can tell you they used a lot of words in that decision, and some of them were big. So it has to be right.

IANAL but my impression: It took 49 years for the SCOTUS to overturn its 1973 Roe decision and 58 years for it to overturn its 1896 Plessy decision. Other than that, it requires a Constitutional amendment to overturn a Supreme Court decision.

Well the good news is SCOTUS has determined that Stare Decisis means "hold my beer" so it shouldn't be difficult to overturn if the disposition of the court ever reflects the constitution and the people again.
