Well… Celebrini is a really good hockey player. However, he did not help catapult his team from last place into a playoff spot, and this has to be the biggest consideration.

I'm not knocking Celebrini. But his stats barely match Michkov and his team still sucks. Hutson is approaching a league record or two and his team is in the hunt.

I completely agree… Overall, the two players that should be in consideration are Wolf and Hudson because of the impact they’ve had on their teams overall. But Hudson already looks like a first team All-Star out there.

What Hutson has done is incredible. Brilliant, he lifts fans out of the seats. And, that he is a rookie and not large in size, again - his ability to angle his body and fight for the puck is quite something. Love the kid! 😊👍🏼

In 1984-85, Chris Chelios had 64 points 9-55), finished second in Calder race behind . . . Mario Lemieux. Hutson is as impactful as Chelios, IMO. No Mario in sight, all due respect to the current Calder competition.

Drone away. It’s a campaign. I remember when Doughty won the Norris. He, along with the western media, campaigned in the media (my interpretation) - without it, he wouldn’t have won. Weber didn’t have that support (in Nashville). I feel that Montreal players fall in the same category.
