RTD and Moffat can and have written stories technically as 'bad' as Chibnall... But Chibnall has/had a lower overall peak in quality. Flux was imo his peak, and that doesn't even scratch most of RTD and Moff's series
Yeah, I’d say the Chibnall doesn’t typically have lows near as bad as RTD/Moffat’s lowest, but his highest is also dwarved by their best work several times over.
Good Lord, watch S11 again. Immediately. Which I wouldn't normally inflict upon my worst enemy, as a cruel and unusual but it seems appropriate here. Utter utter shit from start to finish. Not a single redeeming feature. Not a single wholly good episode.
I’m a Kerblam! shooter, I adore It Takes You Away, I think Rosa, Resolution (yes counting that one) and the Woman Who Fell to Earth are really solid, and I wholeheartedly believe Demons of the Punjab is a damn masterpiece.
