She wouldn't have been able to log into any computer to see classified information without it. The account would have been deleted the first year she lapsed. She's in the army national guard and they wouldn't even be letting her come to drill anymore if she wasn't up to date on required training.

Signal is not a classified machine, and lapses in cyber awareness training for extended periods of time before accounts are locked are very frequent. FOIA that, we can. They will never bar someone from attending ARNG training simply for not completing mandatory online training.

I didn't say anything about signal. A commander could and would give her an Unsat for not completing it. It's a tracked metric that is reported to higher echelons. There is no way she's going extended periods without the training while she's drilling & getting promoted to LTC.

What does that have to do with anything? She is still in the army so the training is still required. If she's IRR she still had to have done the training first. She said she hasn't done the training so she's obviously lying.
