I don't seriously think one game copied the other, even if I don't feel Castlevania is on the same scale as FF while FF already lifted from a niche market game (not letting that one go), because they both came out in '97.

This is absolutely incredible, the colors and the pose just so hard. Love the sword flash and capturing his classic pose, as well as the kind of vampiric attributes in this art. Amazing work
