Last night, on a whim, I replayed Bowser’s Fury.
The core concept of having one big open world 3D Mario sandbox is still very fun, and could absolutely be fleshed out in a follow up.
Has issues to work out, obviously, but still very good on its own.

Fun puzzle game where you try and connect colors, pretty short with only 16. Was a nice way to spend an hour.
Not bad, but now I want to play a video game where you manage the lives of many multicolored aliens.
But I just played Pikmin recently…
And after having played it for myself, what is my ultimate takeaway?
It is the game of all time.
No, but it was better than I expected, genuinely. Not by much, tho.
It’s still my least favorite Ace Attorney, but it’s still a very good game. My big criticism is the story is very disjointed being split between two countries and all.
And I still managed to miss a bunch of crate gems.
They really missed the mark compared to the OGs.
