There's a reason there's not really any other webkit-based browsers for Linux or Windows, even though there's nothing technical stopping them:
Webkit browsers only work well on macs.
Remember Google's Blink engine is actually a fork of Webkit--Yet it survives, and Webkit is relegated to Mac only...
This is (in my opinion) because Apple has rotten philosophies, even worse than Microsoft's, that make them employ constant anti-patterns when it comes to Webkit.
Maybe Kagi (I love Kagi, btw) can overcome this? But I won't be holding my breath.
