When people ask me to describe Harvard Medical School, I usually say “in my class we had 2 EM docs and 11 dermatologists,” to describe my agnosticism towards its change-the-world brochures.
I’m a sceptic, to say the least.

They're one of the best paying specialties, and the handful of Specialties that pay more are FAR more difficult, stressful, and dangerous. (Neurosurgery, Plastics, Etc)
Derm isn't "lowly" anywhere in the US.
So, are you telling us Harvard Medical graduates get first pick at the residencies they want.
