The "last McDonald's burger" story actually refers to a cheeseburger and fries purchased in Iceland in 2009, shortly before McDonald's closed all its restaurants in the country due to the financial crisis, which Hjörtur Smárason kept to see if it would decay.
The ads on tv are false and misleading too, showing burgers much bigger than you actually get. It's false advertising and there are laws around that. I don't understand how why they are permitted to get away with it.
Take a pic of their advertisement then order a Big Mac when it’s given to you compare the two and then demand to be delivered what they advertise - if everyone did this it may have an effect otherwise just #BoycottMcDonalds
