They have attacked on their own before. there was some noise recently that they were sending PLA regulars into disputed territory looking as civilians to call them settlers, if that is blow up now, this is just an excuse to do what they were planning on doing anyway.
I will look into what is going on, I tend to leave it to every 2nd or 3rd day because the lag time on reporting. Last I read they were working on a cease fire that both side were accused of violating. if there is anything Hot I will let you know.
