I've seen some fan-tendo merch get taken down from big artists, sadly. How likely it is to happen and whether receiving such a takedown notice is meaningfully damaging is beyond my understanding.

Don't think they'd send the Pinkertons though, you ain't leaking Magic the Gathering cards.

Generally no. They're within their right to, but the effort to hunt down every single maker at a convention or on Etsy or wherever isn't worth the effort. Usually for stuff like that the corporations pretend they don't know its happening.
