The Dems could have nuked the filibuster, then banned gerrymandering and undid citizens united. The Dems win the house if gerrymandering is curbed, which already puts us in a better place today. End the damn filibuster.

The Dems don’t even try to move polling on this. My guess, most Americans would agree that ALL citizens deserve senate representation and to vote for POTUS. It’s not a hard sell, but they got to sell it!
