Ideally they would supplement a setup similar to what you have, which looks to be power rack and barbell-focused, but they're all I have right now, so I use them along with lots of bodyweight work.
I have three KBs: a "heavy" for rows, squats & lunges, and two med. lights for shoulder and arm work.
