How about we just say the Constitution speaks plainly ONLY Congress has tariff power & must have a majority of both parties. It’s a tax, they have sole power of the purse, not the President. Take politics & personal opinion out of it… he violated the law & his oath of office. No judicial bias, facts

Ideally, I'd rather have judges appointed and approved than politically elected. Of course, our supremes sort of negate that thought as they become more political.
