Trump is STILL defying them.

JUST IN: Judge Xinis says the DOJ has failed to file a privilege log regarding invocation of the state secrets privilege in Kilmar Abrego Garcia's case.

She's giving them until 3pm or will construe it as "intentional refusal" to comply.

I've seen ex-husbands treated harsher by judges over child support.

Relative minor criminals are sentenced to prison to serve as deterrents.
Insurrections, felonies, Constitutional crimes, ...We don't know what to do.

There's no better metaphor for America.
Been that way since its foundation.

Since there’s no laws anymore…maybe some concerned citizens, who break no laws to save their country, (heard that somewhere) should mask up and get law enforcement type vests and go not identify themselves and abduct these lawyers to a Canadian or Mexican prison…

We have laws for contempt of court. The right of the president to pardon people is in the Constitution. To eliminate or limit that, a Constitutional amendment would be required.

Thanks. Not sure how to respond to this. I agree, the President can pardon. That was my point. If Xinis (or any other judge) holds anyone in contempt that would be a Federal charge and they would be immediately pardoned. So, why would anyone care about being held in contempt?
